We will happily provide a refund for your item under the following conditions:

Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached
Item must not be damaged, used, altered or washed
You must contact us before returning your item
Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
For hygiene reasons, intimates, skincare + jewellery cannot be returned
Return must be received within 30 days of purchase
Refund are processed through the original payment method
Returns do not include any postage costs from your order. The item/s price will be refunded only. If you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs. Please also note it can take a few business days for the refund balance to clear into your nominated bank account or payment method.

Ella + Zafran make every effort to ensure our online store only has stock that is available or pre-order that is clearly stated. Unfortunately at times items are listed for sale that are out of stock and unavailable. If this is the case we will email you as soon as possible to advise you and issue you a refund.

We offer free standard shipping for fashion orders over $150. This includes clothing, shoes and jewellery. For fashion orders under $150 we have a flat rate of $10 for Australian Standard shipping.

We have sign on delivery as our standard practice.

Australia Post will attempt to deliver your parcel to your nominated address. If you are not available to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your nearest post office for collection within 14 days. After which time it will be returned to sender. If you do not want to sign on delivery please make a note with your order.

Your parcel will be left at your nominated address. Ella + Zafran will not be held responsible for loss of goods. If you deem your parcel to be lost you will need to contact Australia Post to make a claim.

If you order homewares, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

A signature will be required at delivery unless stated by you in the notes. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. As Port Lincoln is out of Australia Posts Next-Day-Delivery Network most Express post items take 2-3 days to arrive. If you have chosen regular shipping, delivery will usually take 5 - 7 business days.

We will email you the Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your order to your door. Once the goods have left Ella & Zafran and been received by Australia Post we take no responsibility. Any non deliveries you will need to contact Australia Post yourself. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you via email to discuss this with you.

Please note delivery can take up to 6 weeks for furniture as specialist removalists companies are required.
