Returns

Ella + Zafran want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily offer you an online store credit, exchange or refund as long as items are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note we do NOT offer online store credit, exchange or refund on SALE items, including Flash Sales, so please choose sale items carefully. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We only accept returns within 14 days of original purchase.

To organise a return please contact hello@ellaandzafran.com.au to advise us before you return the item. Please include the purchase receipt and how you would like us to proceed. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that we deem has not been returned to us in original condition.

Please be aware that returns will only be accepted if shoes are in their original boxes. Items must have original swing tags attached and original packaging. Items that have make up or tanning products on them will not be accepted for return.

We do not offer returns on jewellery, home wares, children’s items, gift items or skincare.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the item when we receive your return. We would suggest that if you want an exchange, you purchase the item that you want, and we will issue a refund for the returned item when we receive it, as long as they meet our returns policy. Customers are responsible for shipping of returned items and will be emailed a Shopify invoice for the shipping of the exchange. All refunds are issued through the original payment method.

We will provide a refund on all purchases but all shipping fees aren’t refundable. This applies to any shipping costs incurred on the original order, as well as the return shipping for refunds. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item remain the responsibility of the sender. Items remain under the ownership of the buyer until received at Ella + Zafran. We take no responsibility if the item does not arrive at Ella + Zafran.

Ella + Zafran make every effort to ensure our online store only has stock that is available or pre-order that is clearly stated. Unfortunately at times items are listed for sale that are out of stock and unavailable. If this is the case we will email you as soon as possible to advise you and issue you a refund.

Shipping

We offer FREE Australian domestic shipping for FASHION orders over $200. This includes clothing and jewellery. For clothing and jewellery orders under $200 we have a flat rate of $10 for Australian shipping.

We have the option to COLLECT IN STORE. Please tick the COLLECT IN STORE option at shipping if you would like to collect your order from us.

If you would like your clothing and/or jewellery items sent via Express Post then please tick this option. A signature will be required for delivery unless stated in the notes section.

Shoes may incur a higher shipping cost because of their size with the box. Homeware and other larger items may incur a shipping fee depending on the size/weight of the item/s.

If this is the case, will contact you via email with a shipping quote for payment prior to your home decor items being shipped.

We will ship clothing and jewellery items Internationally. International orders will incur a AUS$40 shipping fee – unless the item is bulky/heavy where we will advise you of the shipping charge prior to sending. WE DO NOT ship homewares or large items Internationally.

We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping method.
A signature will be required at delivery unless stated by you in the notes. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. As Port Lincoln is out of Australia Posts Next-Day-Delivery Network most Express post items take 2-3 days to arrive. If you have chosen regular shipping delivery will usually take 5 – 7 business days. If items are larger, bulky and or heavy we will contact you to discuss shipping costs prior to shipping and send you an invoice for shipping.

We will email to you the Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your order to your door. Once the goods have left Ella & Zafran and been received by Australia Post we take no responsibility. Any non deliveries you will need to contact Australia Post yourself. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you via email to discuss this with you.
